WHERE WE DELIVER TO
Dolls4You deliver Worldwide by FedEx and UPS. We deliver to the whole of Europe, USA & Canada, Australia & New Zealand and parts of Asia.
WHERE WE DO NOT DELIVER TO
We are not able to deliver to Islamic countries, India, Indonesia, Malaysia, Africa, Mexico, or Brazil.
Dolls4You provide Free Worldwide Shipping. The price you see is the final price.
All prices on our website are in British Pounds (GBP)
However, don’t worry, if your own currency is different: Euro (EUR), US Dollar (USD), Canadian Dollar (CAD), Australia Dollar (AUD), or any currency) our payment processor (PayPal) will handle the change for you. You will be charged in your own currency.
IMPORT DUTY TAX AND VAT
Dolls4You take care of all customs requirements and cover the cost of all import duties, taxes and vat. You will not be charged for this at any point. The price you see is the final price.
HOW TO ORDER
Click on an image of the product that you wish to buy. For dolls you can select some custom options if required.
Click “Add to Cart” button. You will be redirected to the cart page
On the cart page, click on the “Proceed to checkout” button. You will be redirected to the checkout page
On the checkout page, please fill your billing / shipping details and click on “Proceed to PayPal” (if you are paying by credit card*, debit card* or PayPal) or “Place order” (if you wish to pay by direct bank transfer)
We offer 4 payment options:
1) Credit card / debit card (via PayPal*)
3) Bank transfer
4) Finance through Ideal4Finance
*PLEASE NOTE: for credit card & debit card payments, you will be redirected to a PayPal page to proceed. On the PayPal page, you DO NOT need a PayPal account to use your credit card or debit card,
After your payment has been confirmed you will receive a confirmation email for your order.
We start to manufacture your item straightaway away.
The delivery time is dependent on the brand of doll you have purchased. But in general, you can expect delivery to take between 15-25 days regardless of where you are in the world.
You will be given an estimate of the delivery time along with your order confirmation. You can then track your order once your doll has left the factory.
When your order has shipped, we will send you a tracking number via email.
At any time during the ordering process, you can call us or send us an email if you have any questions regarding your order. It will be our pleasure to help you in any way we can.
With any package you receive from us, we will always keep the boxes plain yet resistant. NO ONE will know what is inside except for you.
We understand that in rare cases of buyer’s remorse you may wish to cancel your order after purchasing.
We allow customers to cancel their orders within 24 hours of placing the order.
After 24 hours, if you still wish to cancel, there may be a restocking fee assessed and a partial refund issued.
If you wish to cancel your order for some reason within 24 hours, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org remembering to include your order number.
Due to a personal nature of the product we sell, we are unable to offer a standard return policy, but we still want to make sure that you are fully satisfied with your purchase.
If you want to return the item due to an order error or manufacturing defects or damaged during transit, please contact our customer service within 24 hours after the package has been delivered. Proper inspection of the packaging and the product is strongly recommended upon arrival. When you receive your package, please check the content to make sure your new dolls have arrived intact. We will replace any missing or damaged elements or replace the complete unit. Please return the items in their original packaging within 7 days to the address provided by our customer support team. Items returned without original packaging will not be replaced or exchanged so please keep all packaging for the 7-day return period. We sell personal health products; therefore, we cannot process or refund any items that were used or modified in any way.
