Response Codes

Error Code Description of Error or Mail Block
421 Your mail server's IP is temporarily blocked, you may try again later.  Most mail servers will keep your message in queue and try again automatically.
521 The IP of your mailserver is Blacklisted by [MAPSResponse]  Contact them for removal, as they are the one who have listed the ip on the blacklist.
522 A URL in the email is Blacklisted by SURBL: [MAPSResponse] .  You may remove the web link and resend, or contact SURBL.
523 The IP of your mailserver  [IP address] is Blacklisted by flubix.com.  This may be due to customer complaints, abnormally high amounts of spam, or internal tracking of this ip.  You may request removal by emailing the full error message to abuse department.
524 The domain [Domain Name] is Blacklisted by flubix.com.  This usually indicates that we have received a large amount of spam from this domain name.  You may request removal by emailing the full error message to Flubix.com abuse department.
525 Emails with an empty MAIL FROM are not allowed.  We do not accept emails that are from an anonymous sender.
526 The sending eMail address [EMailFrom] is Blacklisted.  This sending email address has been blacklisted by Flubix.com.  You may request removal by forwarding the full error message to Flubix.com abuse department.
527  The email address that you have sent to utilizes a safe senders list. Only sending addresses marked as "SAFE" by the recipient will be allowed. Your email address does not meet that criteria and thus will be held in queue until the recipient approves your address. Once approved, future emails will bypass this system.
550 The sender failed to meet Sender Policy Framework rules. Please setup SPF records or see http://spf.pobox.com for more information.
552 This email is rejected. It exceeds the maximum allowed message size of 20MB.  Check your attachment size!
556 Your domain [Domain Name] does not have a valid MX DNS record.  Please tell your network administrator to setup an MX record.
557 Your IP [IP address] does not have a reverse DNS entry. Please tell your network administrator to setup RDNS and try again.
558 This email is rejected because it contains a virus.   Fix your PC!
559 This email is rejected because it contains an attachment type that is not allowed.  We do not accept several types of attachments that may contain viruses, malware, or malicious scripts.
560 You exceeded then maximum number of RCPT TO.  Decrease the number of recipients in your message.
561 Your IP address is from a blacklisted country.  You may request an unblock by contacting Flubix.com abuse department.
562 Relaying Denied.  Don't try to bounce mail off of our servers!  Use your own!
563 This email is rejected. It contains keywords rejected by the flubix.com spam filter.  Check your message for words or phrases that may make the message appear as spam.
564 This email is rejected. It contains image content rejected by the flubix.com spam filter.  You may recieve this message if you use "stationary" in your email program.
565 Your mailserver's IP [IP address] is currently listed in Flubix.com's Distributed Blacklist.   This means that several other mail systems have reported spam from your mailserver's IP address.  Once the spam reports stop, the ip will be removed within 24 hours.
566 You are not allowed to send mail to [EMailTo].  We don't allow Phishing.  You have tried to send mail to a non-existent address.
567 The IP [IP address] is Blacklisted because it has sent mail to the flubix.com honeypot.   You may request removal by forwarding the full error message to Flubix.com abuse department.
568  The email content matches known spam signatures.  This message's data signature has been compared to that of messages received on other email systems and has matched.  Modify the content of your message and try again.
